Why am I having trouble registering for TechRepublic Premium?
If you're unable to register, please try these troubleshooting tips:
Make sure you're using a valid email address
If you have already registered for a free site membership within the ZDNet Network of sites (TechRepublic.com, ZDNet.com), please use the same email address and password, as this serves as your primary login for registering for a TechRepublic Premium subscription.
Please delete all cookies and cache within your browser.
If you continue to experience problems completing your registration, resulting in failed transactions, please note that it is possible your credit card has been successfully authorized by your bank, but is failing for address verification or card verification rules set on our end.
Please be aware that multiple failed transactions could result in multiple authorizations on your credit card account. We recommend you contact your credit card company or Customer Support after the first failed transaction, unless you know what you entered incorrectly the first time, to avoid this from happening. TechRepublic Premium CANNOT cancel authorizations on your credit card account. You will be required to wait until they drop off of your account, based upon your credit card company's authorization period policies, which are generally between 3-8 business days.
