I've already subscribed. Why is the CBS All Access app still asking me to sign up?

I've already subscribed. Why is the CBS All Access app still asking me to sign up?
If you're using an Apple TV 4, iPhone/iPad, or Android mobile device, you may need to force close the CBS All Access app.
Apple TV 4:
1. While on the Home screen, double-click the Home button on the Siri Remote.
2. Swipe to the right on the touch surface to find the CBS app.
3. Swipe up on the touch surface to force the app to close.
iPhone/iPad:
1. From the Home screen, quickly press the Home button twice.
2. A list of running applications should now show on the screen.
3. Simply swipe up on the app to close each apps background task (this will also save battery life on your mobile device).
iPhone X:
1. From the Home screen, swipe up and pause.
2. Firmly touch and hold the app, then tap the red circle in the upper left corner of the app screen. You can also swipe up to close the app as soon as you see the red circle.
Android phone/tablet:
1. While on the Home screen, tap the Recent Applications button. This is located either on the left or right side of the Home button.
2. A list of running applications should now show on the screen.
3. Simply swipe the app to the side to close the apps background task.
