If you're having trouble accessing the live stream, there are several factors that could be causing this:
You may have an ad blocker enabled on your browser. In order to view content, ad blocking software must be disabled so that sponsored messages can play. If ad blocking software is detected, the system will prevent video playback and display a blank screen.
Solution: Please remove or disable the ad blocking software before attempting to stream videos. If the "loading" animation displays without live content ever loading on the video player, you likely have ad blockers enabled.
If you believe you do not have an ad blocker installed, please follow these steps:
- Refresh/reload the video player page
- Clear your cookies and cache data within your browser.
- Return to the video player page.
PEAK INTERNET TRAFFIC
Trying to stream content during high Internet traffic times while using a slower internet speed connection could cause a black screen or loading image to appear. Try streaming the same content during 'off-peak' periods of Internet usage. Typically, peak times of internet usage is from 4:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
SLOW CONNECTION SPEED
You need a high-speed connection of 800 kbps or great to stream content. To check your Internet speed connection by contacting your Internet Service Provider (ISP). If your connection is too slow, you may need to discuss your options to increase your connection speed.
