To change your password, use the relevant steps below:

Desktop/laptop/mobile web:
1. Click the "Account" link in the dropdown menu under your user name on the upper right portion of our home page.
2. Under the Email & Password section, and click the "Edit Password" link.
3. Enter your current password, then enter and confirm your new password in the appropriate fields.
5. Click "Save." Your password will be changed. 

App on mobile device: 
Visit on your computer/mobile web and follow the instructions above, OR:
1. Sign out of your account, and then tap "Sign In." 
2. Tap "Forgot Password?" on 10 All Access app homescreen. 
3. Enter the email address used to register your account.
4. The system will generate a "Reset your password" email that contains a link to reset your account.

Once you receive the password reset email, please follow the directions to establish a new password. Be sure to check your Spam or Junk folders in case you don't receive the email in your inbox.
