To cancel your subscription, please follow these steps:
On Desktop
- Go to your 10 All Access account page and click the "Cancel Subscription" link at the bottom.
- Agree to the terms of cancellation and click "Yes, cancel my subscription."
- Enter a cancel reason and click "Complete Cancellation."
Via Mobile Web
- Tap Cancel Subscription on the menu bar
- Agree to the terms of cancellation and tap "Yes, cancel my subscription"
- You'll see a message confirming that your subscription has been cancelled.
