If your credit card was initially declined, and you’ve made several unsuccessful payment attempts, please do not try and charge your card again, as it may trigger a potential fraud alert in our billing system. Instead, please do the following:

1. Contact your banking institution to determine the initial cause for payment decline
2. Make sure the billing address you entered in our system matches the billing information on file with your banking institution
3. Wait 24 hours before making another payment attempt, to allow the fraud alert in our system to expire
4. To make a payment without waiting 24 hours, try a different credit card
