Please review the troubleshooting tips below, which may resolve the issue linking to your subscription:
1. Did your activation code expire?
For security reasons, this code will quickly become invalid once generated. When prompted, immediately enter the activation code. If it expires, simply repeat steps 1 and 2 above to generate a new code.
2. Did you enter an incorrect activation code?
The activation code must be entered exactly as it appears (i.e. case sensitive, no spaces) for successful verification. If not, you will see a message indicating an error occurred.
3. Log-in Issues.
When prompted, sign in using the correct email address and password credentials associated with your CBS All Access subscription. If you’ve forgotten your password, please click the “Forgot Password” link to generate an email to reset your credentials.
