Computer or mobile web
On your desktop or mobile web browser:

  1. Click the "Sign In" link located on the upper right portion of our home page.
  2. Click "Forgot your password.”
  3. Enter the email address used to sign up for CBS All Access.
  4. Next, check your email inbox for an email from CBS Customer Support. Click the password reset link within that email. 
  5. Enter and confirm your new password.

 

iPhone or iPad (via CBS All Access app)
On your device:

  1. Tap "Forgot Password" on CBS All Access app home screen. 
  2. Enter the email address used to register your CBS.com account.
  3. Enter the email address used to sign up for CBS All Access.
  4. Next, check your email inbox for an email from CBS Customer Support. Click the password reset link within that email. 
  5. Enter and confirm your new password.


Android phone or tablet (via CBS All Access app)
On your device:

  1. Tap "Forgot Password" on CBS All Access app home screen. 
  2. Enter the email address used to register your CBS.com account.
  3. Enter the email address used to sign up for CBS All Access.
  4. Next, check your email inbox for an email from CBS Customer Support. Click the password reset link within that email. 
  5. Enter and confirm your new password.


Connected devices
If you're streaming CBS All Access via a connected device (i.e. Apple TV, Android TV, Amazon Fire TV/Kindle/Tablet, Roku, Portal TV, Xbox, PS4, Xfinity Flex, LG TV, Vizio TV, Samsung TV), use these steps:

  1. From the home screen, select "Sign In Options."
  2. Select "Sign In on TV."
  3. Select “Forgot Password.”
  4. Enter the email address used to sign up for CBS All Access.
  5. Next, check your email inbox for an email from CBS Customer Support. Click the password reset link within that email. 
  6. Enter and confirm your new password.

Change your password
If you'd like to change your password:
  1. Visit cbs.com on your computer or mobile web, and sign in to CBS All Access
  2. Click on your name in the top right corner, then select Account from the dropdown menu.
  3. On the account page, select "Edit Password."
  4. Enter your current password, then enter your new password.
  5. Confirm new password and click "Save."
