If you've already made several payment attempts:
- Contact your banking institution to determine the initial cause for payment decline.
- Ensure the billing address you entered in our system, matches the billing information on file with your banking institution.
- Wait 24 hours before making another payment attempt, to allow the fraud alert in our system to expire.
- Use a different credit card, if you'd like to make a payment without waiting 24 hours.
