We recently gave the CBS iOS and Android mobile app a makeover with a
fresh new design!
We’ve simplified (and relocated) the main menu to the bottom of the screen.
Finding your shows is easier with our new browse function, and live TV is now
a main menu option—just tap and stream! Plus, you can manage your
subscription, check the CBS show schedule, and stream your downloaded
videos all in one place.
Take a look at some of our new features below, and make sure to download the
latest version of the app in iTunes to experience it for yourself!
The location of the menu is now at the bottom of the screen. You can easily navigate
the app by tapping any of the options: Home, Browse, Live TV, Search and More.
How to Sign In
To sign in to your CBS All Access account, tap MORE on the bottom menu, then tap
Sign In. Enter your email address and password (or your Facebook sign in information),
and tap CONTINUE.
How to Browse Shows
Catch up on all your shows! The redesigned show browse has easily selectable categories
(like Popular, All Shows, Originals, and more) on top of the screen. Swipe left to browse
categories. Tap a show to go to the show page, where you can choose an episode
to start streaming.
Once you’re on the show page, you can resume watching where you left off, or scroll
down to check out more episodes and seasons. If you’re a Commercial Free
subscriber, tap the icon to download an episode (or two) and watch offline!
How to Access Your Downloads (Commercial Free subscribers ONLY)
Speaking of downloads...Commercial Free subscribers, you can find all your downloaded
videos by tapping MORE, then Downloads.
How to Watch Live TV
Ready to stream the latest shows, news, sports and entertainment live? Just select
the LIVE TV option from the menu on the bottom of the screen!
To change the channel, tap the play icon.
How to Manage Your Subscription
If you want to make changes to your subscription, it’s easy! You can do it
right from the app. Just tap MORE, then Account.
