Why am I seeing a “loading” image when I try to watch on-demand shows on my Roku?


A newer version of the CBS All Access app for Roku has been released to correct this issue. If you're still having trouble loading content, make sure you’ve received the latest update by doing a system update. Just use this pathway on your Roku: Settings > System > System Upate > Check Now.
