If you’re seeing a black screen when attempting to watch Live TV, please ensure you have the latest version of the CBS iOS app by doing the following:

1. From your iPhone or iPad homescreen, tap the “App Store” icon.
2. Tap the “Updates” button in the lower right corner of the screen. A list of apps with pending updates displays.
3. Locate the CBS iOS app. If your app is not current, the “Update” button will display; tap it. If the “Open” button displays, your app version is up to date.

If you encounter intermittent issues while streaming, simply navigate to another section of the CBS iOS app (i.e. Shows, Settings etc.), then navigate back to the Live TV feature, and tap it. This should resolve the issue.
