Why am I seeing a black screen/choppy video when streaming DABL?


If you're encountering poor video quality when you stream video, please use these troubleshooting steps:

 

 

  • Check your Internet connection
    You need a high speed connection of 3 mbps or more to stream DABL. If your speed is too low, please contact your Internet Service Provider (ISP) to discuss options to increase it.
  • Switch to another browser
    Try watching video using an alternate browser other than Mozilla Firefox, such as Google Chrome, Apple Safari, or Microsoft Edge. If the issue is browser-related, this could resolve the problem. 
  • Clear your browser’s cache and history
