If you’re already a 10 All Access subscriber, but you're prompted sign up with attempts to log in, you likely need to enable your cookies using the steps for your browser below:    

Google Chrome 
1. Access the “Tools” icon in the upper-right corner. 
2. Select “Options”. 
3. Select the "Under the Hood" tab. 
4. Click the “Clear Browsing Data” button. 
5. Check only the "delete cookies and other site data" box. 
6. Set for the appropriate time period (i.e. last hour, 1 day etc). 
7. Click the "Clear Browsing Data" button. 
8. Click “Close”. 

Mozilla Firefox 
1.Depending on your toolbar view: 
a. If you have the orange “Firefox” button visible, click it, and select “Options”. 
b. If you have the file menu visible, then select “Tools” and then “Options”. 
2. Select the “Privacy” tab at the top of the “Options” window. 
3. In the "History" group, change the selection for "Firefox will" to "Use Custom settings for history". 
4. If "Accept cookies from sites" is checked (recommended), it will accept cookies from all sites; if you want to choose which sites to allow cookies for, and then uncheck this option. 
5. Click "Exceptions..." 
6. Enter "tenallaccess.com.au" (exclude "www"). 
7. Click "Allow". 
8. Click “Close”, then "OK". 
9. Restart your browser.   

Safari  
1. Access the Safari menu, then select “Preferences” and select the “Security” tab. 
2. Click the circle under Accept Cookies "Only for the sites you navigate to" and close the Safari preferences. 
  
Opera (Macintosh) 
Use the following pathway: 
1. Click Tools<Preferences<Advanced<Cookies 
2. Next, select either “Accept Cookies” or “Accept Cookies only from the sites I visit”. 

Internet Explorer Version 11
1. Access the “Tools” menu and select “Internet Options” 
2. In the “Privacy” tab, set the cookie level by sliding the bar up or down. If the slide bar does not move, click the DEFAULT button in the lower right to restore defaults; this enables you to move the slide bar. 
3. Configure your browser with the slide bar to accept cookies at your preferred level. Recommended cookie level: medium.
