Please click the "Contact Us" button at the top of this page (or click here), and submit the following information to help us troubleshoot:

  1. Your current zip code
  2. Name of the station that you should be receiving
  3. Name of the station you are currently receiving
  4. Type of Internet connection (Wi-Fi or Ethernet)
  5. Your Facebook Portal TV’s IP address (From the CBS All Access app menu, simply select Settings > Device. You'll see both your IP address and your device ID here.)

Please note: The device IP address obtained in step 5 should not begin with the prefix 192.168.XXX.XXX or 10.XXX.XXX.XXX.  If so, please make sure you're taking the proper steps (open the CBS All Access app > Settings > Device), since we’ll need the correct device IP to resolve this issue.
