How do I reset my password?


CNET password protects all membership services to better secure our customer's personal account information. If you need help with your password to gain access to your membership benefits, please follow these simple instructions:

Step 1: Click the "Join/Sign in" button on the top right hand corner of any CNET page.
Step 2: When presented with the Join or sign in page, click "Use Email"
Step 3: Enter your email address that you used to register with us.
Step 4: On the Welcome back page, click the "Forgot password" link directly below the "Sign in" button
Step 5: An email from CNET Notifications, with the subject line: "CNET Password Assistance" should be sent to you allowing you to reset your password.
Step 6: Go to your email inbox and open the email and click on "Reset password" link to reset your password
Step 7: When you are on the CNET reset password page, enter your new password in the form (please make sure your password meets the password requirements) and submit it.

Congratulations your CNET password has been reset.
