If you're having trouble with your device, you can use these steps to restart it:

• Press and hold the power button for  2 seconds. 
• You will see 3 options: Power Off/Restart/Emergency Mode (provided the customer has latest version of Android*)
• Select Restart.
• Then the device should reboot, and all updates should be applied.

*Older versions of Android will only have the “Power Off” option. The customer can power the device off, wait a few seconds, then power it back on.
