Please try these steps to resolve the issue and get back to streaming:

For Tablets:
1. Click the blue gear in the top right corner of your app, then log out. 
2. Next, close the app by double-clicking the “Home” button and swiping the app upwards.
3. Re-open the app, and log in again. 
4. You should now be able to access your shows.

For Smartphones:
1. Click the three bars in the top left corner of your app, then log out. 
2. Next, close the app by double-clicking the “Home” button and swiping the app upwards. 
3. Re-open the app, and log in again. 
4. You should now be able to access your shows.
