First, find out what you need to do before you change countries by clicking here. Next, just follow the steps below to get started:

On your iPhone or iPad

  1. Tap Settings > [Your Name] > iTunes  & App Store

  2. Tap your Apple ID

  3. Tap “View Apple ID”

  4. Tap Country/Region

  5. Tap Change Country or Region, then your new country or region,

  6. Next, review the Terms and Conditions and Apple Privacy Policy, then tap Agree when prompted, and select and enter your new payment inform

  7. In the prompt that appears, tap Agree.

  8. Select a payment method and enter your new payment information. You have to enter a valid payment method for your new country or region.

  9. Enter your billing address and tap Next.

From your Desktop
To open iTunes and sign in to your Account Information page, click this link: View My Account. Or follow these steps:
 

  1. Open iTunes. If you're not signed in, sign in with your Apple ID.

  2. From the menu bar at the top of your computer screen or at the top of the iTunes window, choose Account > View My Account.

  3. On the Account Information page, click “Change Country or Region” to the right of Country/Region,

  4. From the "Select a country or region" menu, select your new country or region.

  5. Click Change.

  6. On the Welcome to the iTunes Store page, click Continue.

  7. Review the Terms and Conditions and Apple Privacy Policy and click Agree.

  8. Enter your new payment information. You have to enter a valid payment method for your new country or region.

  9. Enter your billing address.

  10. Click Continue.

Via your Apple ID account

  1. Sign in to your Apple ID account page at https://appleid.apple.com/

  2. In the Account section, click Edit.

  3. From the Country/Region menu, select your new country or region.

  4. When asked, click "Continue to update.

  5. Enter your new payment information. You have to enter a valid payment method for your new country or region.

  6. Click Save.
