If you’re having difficulty casting content with Chromecast, please review these troubleshooting tips:
For choppy/freezing /skipping video
Disconnect both the device you're casting from and your Chromecast device from WiFi. Next, power-cycle your router by unplugging it, waiting for a few seconds, and plugging it back in. When your router has completely re-powered, reconnect the device you were casting from and your Chromecast to WiFi.
Losing connection/shutting off
Please make sure you have a strong WiFi signal when casting.
Unable to connect to Chromecast
Check to make sure that both your Chromecast device and the device you're casting from are connected to the same WiFi network.
