I'm having issues streaming video on my Apple TV. What should I do?

Here are some easy ways to resolve most streaming video issues (for example, if the CBS app crashing or not opening, or you're hearing audio but not seeing video) on your Apple TV:

  1. Make sure you're using the most current version of the CBS app (click here if you need help checking for updates). 
  2. If you are using the most current version of the CBS app, try closing all background tasks and relaunching the app.
