StarTrek.com does not have products for sale. If you purchased an item from our affiliate partner, The Star Trek Shop, and you need assistance, please contact support at shop.startrek.com/pages/contact-us (Monday through Friday, 9am – 5pm EST).  They can access your account and will be happy to assist you!
