Just follow these steps to quickly retrieve your password and get back to streaming:

Desktop/laptop/mobile web:
1. Click the "Sign In" link located on the upper right portion of our home page.
2. Next, click "Forgot your password".
3. Enter the email address used to register your 10 All Access account.
4. The system will generate a "Reset your password" email that contains a link to reset your 10 All Access account.

App on mobile device:
1. Tap "Forgot Password" on 10 All Access app homescreen. 
2. Enter the email address used to register your www.tenallaccess.com.au account.
3. The system will generate a "Reset your password" email that contains a link to reset your 10 All Access account.

Once you receive the password reset email, please follow the directions to establish a new password. Be sure to check your Spam or Junk folders in case you don't receive the email in your inbox.
