want to change your password, but need some assistance. We’re here

How to Recover Your Password
Step 1
Go to CBS.com and click Sign In in the upper right corner of the screen.
Step 2
You’ll be taken to the Sign In page. Under the Sign In button, click
Forgot Password.
Step 3
Enter the email address you used to sign up for CBS All Access* in the
provided area, and click Send Password.
*If you’ve forgotten which email address you used, please call Customer Support
at (888) 274-5343 (Monday - Sunday, 8am - 2am ET) and we’ll be happy to help.
Step 3 (cont'd)
You’ll receive confirmation that an email has been sent to the email
address you entered, and will be automatically redirected to CBS.com.
Step 4
Check your email for an email from customerservice@cbs-mailer.com.
The subject line should read CBS.com Password Reset:
Click on the provided link within the email.
Step 5
You will be taken to a Reset Password screen. Enter your new
password, confirm it, and click Submit.
Passwords are case-sensitive. When you sign in to CBS.com, you must
enter your password EXACTLY as it was created. For example, if your
password is CbS, you must enter “CbS” - not “cbs” or “CBS”.
Tip: Make sure your caps lock isn’t on when entering your password!You're Done!
You’ll be returned to the CBS.com homepage where you can sign
into your account using your new password.
How to Change Your Password
Step 1
Go to CBS.com and click Sign In in the upper right corner of the screen.
Step 2
You’ll be taken to the Sign In page. Sign in with the same method you
used to sign up for CBS.com.
Step 3
Now that you’re signed in to your CBS All Access account, click your
name in the upper right hand corner, and click Account.
Step 4
You’ll be taken to your Account page, where you will be able to view
your current information. Click on Edit Password at the top of the page.
Step 5
Enter your current password. Enter your new password.
Confirm your new password and click Save.
