Please note! These instructions are for use with
your mobile browser, not the CBS mobile app.

First, locate your web browser on your mobile
device’s home screen. Tap the browser icon to open.
Note: throughout this tutorial, we’ll be using screenshots
from an iPhone 8. Your screen’s appearance may differ
slightly, but the instructions we are providing you will be
the same no matter what your device.
Once you’ve opened your browser, type
“cbs.com” into the address bar.
You’ll be taken to CBS.com.
Tap the Menu icon in the upper left corner of the screen.
Tap Sign In.
Tap Forgot Password? at the bottom of the screen.
You’ll be taken to a new screen. Enter the email address you used to
sign up for CBS.com* and select Send Password.
An email will then be sent to that address with instructions on how
to reset your password.
Next, check your email on your phone or computer. You should
have an email from firstname.lastname@example.org. The subject
line will read CBS.com Password Reset:
Click on the provided link within the email.
You will be taken to a Reset Password screen. Enter your new password,
Tip: Make sure your caps lock isn’t on when
confirm it, and click Submit.
Passwords are case-sensitive. When you sign in to
CBS.com, you must enter your password EXACTLY
as it was created. For example, if your password is CbS,
you must enter “CbS” - not “cbs” or “CBS”.
