To use age-appropriate filters to monitor the shows that are played or
downloaded on your account, just follow the steps below.  Once set up,
your parental controls will apply to all supported devices 
that share the same CBS All Access account.

 

STEP 1: Turn on parental controls

First, visit www.cbs.com/account on your computer or mobile web.
Even if you’ve subscribed to CBS All Access via iTunes, Google Play,
Amazon, or Roku, you’ll still need to visit your account page on the
web to set up parental PIN controls. 

Scroll down to the Parental Controls section. By default, the control
will automatically be toggled OFF. Click the button to toggle the
control ON.

STEP 2: Enter password and choose PIN


Enter your current CBS All Access password and click Submit

Next, choose a 4-digit PIN. This PIN will be used to manage what
shows and movies your kids can watch.

STEP 3: Select ratings to lock 


Now select  which ratings you’d like to lock/unlock. 

Click on either the blue circle  User-added image or the “lock” icon  User-added image    next to the rating.

Users can also choose to lock live TV. When live TV is locked, the
user will be prompted to enter their PIN to stream ANY channel.
This setting also applies to all live events, including
Big Brother Live Feeds.

STEP 4: Save settings


To save settings, select Save at the bottom of the parental
controls section.

The toggle will then automatically switch to ON, and you’ll see
confirmation that your settings have been saved. Parental controls
are now active!
