On occasion, you may need to power cycle your TV to help resolve any network or app issues. Please use these steps:
  1. Unplug the power cord from the back of the TV or from the outlet. 
  2. Once the TV is unplugged, press and hold the power button on the Vizio TV for 15 to 30 seconds. On most Vizio TVs, the power button is located on the backside of the TV in the bottom left corner.
  3. Now plug the power cable back into the TV or outlet (whichever was disconnected) and power the TV on.
