If you're encountering issues with the CBS app, there are two ways to force quit the app to resolve this:

Option 1

  1. Hover over the app title. The "X (close)" button appears next to the app title. 
  2. Click the "X (close)" button to close the app.

Option 2
Hover over one of the "Recent" cards in the Recent carousel or the app tile on Home. The "X (close)" button appears on the top of the card/tile. Click the "X (close)" button to close the app.
