There may be times when you need to change the information
on your CBS All Access account. Perhaps you’ve moved and
have a new billing address, or would like to use a different
The following instructions will help you manage your account.
Make sure you’re signed in to your CBS All Access account.
Go to CBS.com and click Sign In in the upper right corner of the screen.
Enter the email address and the password you used to sign up. Click the
Sign In button.
If you’re having trouble with your email address or password, click
Forgot Password. You can find that link below the Sign In button.

Now that you’re signed in to your CBS All Access account, click your
initials in the upper right hand corner, and click Account.
To change your name, address, and/or billing information, click
Edit Payment next to Payment Method.
For security purposes, you’ll be asked to re-enter your password.
Remember, passwords are case-sensitive.
From here, enter your new account information: name, address, credit
card number (or switch to/from PayPal), and credit card expiration
date and security code.
Important note! Changing your name on the billing information screen
does not change the name on your account. Currently, you cannot
change the name on your CBS account.
When you’re finished, click Submit.
