To cancel your subscription, log into your account and click on the "My Account" link located at the top of the page. Select “Cancel a Subscription” from the drop-down menu. Click “Cancel This Subscription At End of Term”. You will be prompted to provide a reason for canceling.
You can also cancel by submitting a written request through this Help Center. Just click the “Submit A Question” tab at the top of this page, and you'll receive an email and case number to track your request.
Once you've cancelled, you will have access to the subscription up until the "Subscription End Date." If you would like to reactivate your account, you can do so at any time prior to this date by accessing the "My Account" page and clicking the "Reactivate This Subscription" link at the bottom of the page
