To cancel your subscription, please follow these steps:

On Desktop
  1. Go to your 10 All Access account page and click the "Cancel Subscription" link at the bottom. 
  2. Agree to the terms of cancellation and click "Yes, cancel my subscription."
  3. Enter a cancel reason and click "Complete Cancellation."
Via Mobile Web
  1. Tap Cancel Subscription on the menu bar
  2. Agree to the terms of cancellation and tap "Yes, cancel my subscription"
  3. You'll see a message confirming that your subscription has been cancelled.
