If you’d like to manage your subscription (which includes changing your password, billing method, or subscription plan), just select the device you used to subscribe to CBS All Access.

 

Computer or mobile web 
Visit CBS.com and:

  1. Click on your user name in the upper righthand corner. 
  2. Click “Account.” 
  3. On the Account page, select the option you’d like to update. 

Important: If you subscribed to CBS All Access on another billing platform, like iTunes, Google Play, Amazon or Roku, you’ll need to return to that platform to edit your subscription.


iPhone, iPad or Apple TV
If you signed up for CBS All Access via iTunes on your Apple device, you can use the steps below, or visit https://support.apple.com/ to contact support.

On your iPhone or iPad home screen:

  1. Tap Settings, then your name at the top of the screen.
  2. Tap “Subscriptions”. You’ll see all your active subscriptions. 
  3. Select the “CBS All Access” subscription, then choose the relevant option to manage your subscription.

On Apple TV, you can manage your subscription directly on Apple TV 4 or 4k. For Apple TV 3rd generation or earlier, use an iOS device to manage your subscription in iTunes. 

From the Apple TV home screen:

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Select Users & Accounts, then select your account.
  3. Select Subscriptions.
  4. Select the “CBS All Access” subscription, then choose the relevant option to manage your subscription.


Android phone, tablet or TV
If you signed up for CBS All Access via Google Play on your Android device or Android TV, use the steps below, or visit https://support.google.com/googleplay

  1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store.
  2. Tap Menu > Subscriptions.
  3. Locate your CBS All Access subscription and tap Manage.


Amazon Fire TV or Kindle
On a web browser:

  1. Go to Your Account.
  2. Select Your Apps under Digital content and devices.
  3. Select Your Subscriptions under Manage.


Roku Streaming Player
To manage your CBS All Access subscription on your Roku:

  1. Press the Home button on your Roku remote.
  2. Use the directional pad to navigate the channel grid and highlight the CBS All Access channel. The directional pad is plus-shaped and is in the center of your Roku remote.
  3. Press the Star button on your remote to open the options menu for the desired channel.
  4. Select Manage Subscription to view the renewal date and access additional options.
 

Smart TVs, Gaming Consoles, Portal TV and Xfinity Flex
If you signed up for CBS All Access on your smart TV (LG TV, Samsung TV, and Vizio TV) or via a gaming console (Xbox One, Playstation 4), Facebook Portal TV, or Xfinity Flex, please use the instructions below to edit your subscription:

  1. Visit CBS.com and make sure you’re signed in to your account. 
  2. Click on your user name in the upper righthand corner. 
  3. Click “Account.” 
  4. On the Account page, select the option you’d like to update.
