To cancel, you can use the steps below relevant to the device or platform that you used to sign up for CBS All Access. 



Computer or mobile web
If you signed up for CBS All Access on desktop, laptop, or mobile web, please use the cancel instruction below. 
  1. Visit cbs.com and click on user initials in the upper righthand corner. 
  2. Click “Account”. 
  3. Scroll down and click “Cancel subscription”. 


IMPORTANT: If you subscribed to CBS All Access on another billing platform, like iTunes, Google Play, Amazon or Roku, you’ll need to return to that platform to cancel your subscription using the steps below.


iPhone or iPad
If you signed up for CBS All Access via iTunes, use the steps below, or visit https://support.apple.com/ to contact iTunes Support.

On your iPhone or iPad

  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Tap your name.
  3. Tap Subscriptions. (If you don't see "Subscriptions," tap "iTunes & App Store" instead. Then tap your Apple ID, tap View Apple ID, sign in, scroll down to Subscriptions, and tap Subscriptions.)
  4. Tap the subscription that you want to manage.
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription. If you don’t see "Cancel Subscription," the subscription is already canceled and won't renew.


Apple TV 4
On Apple TV, you can edit subscriptions only for tvOS apps that are installed on that Apple TV. For Apple TV (3rd generation or earlier), use an iOS or iPadOS device or computer to manage your subscriptions.

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Select Users & Accounts, then select your account.
  3. Select Subscriptions.
  4. Choose the subscription that you want to manage, then select Cancel Subscription. If you don’t see Cancel Subscription, then the subscription is already canceled and won't renew.


Android phone, tablet or TV
If you signed up for CBS All Access via on your Android device or TV through the Google Play store, please use the steps below, or visit https://support.google.com/googleplay to cancel. Alternatively, you can call (855) 836-3987. Note: Uninstalling an app on your Android TV will not cancel your subscription.

To change or cancel a subscription, you need a phone or computer.

  1. On a phone or computer, go to g.co/play/subscriptions.
  2. Select the subscription you want to cancel.
  3. Select Cancel subscription.
  4. Follow the instructions.


Amazon Fire TV or Kindle
If you purchased your CBS All Access subscription via Amazon/Fire TV, please follow the steps below. If you need support, please call (888) 280-2073, or visit https://amazon.com/firetvsupport for quick solutions.

  1. Go to “Your Memberships and Subscriptions” (https://www.amazon.com/yourmembershipsandsubscriptions)
  2. Select “Manage Subscription” next to the subscription you'd like to cancel.
  3. Click the link under “Manage Your Prime Video Channels.”
  4. Under the “Prime Video Channels” section, find the subscription you wish to cancel, 
  5. Select “Cancel Channel” and confirm.


Roku Streaming Player
If you signed up for CBS All Access via your Roku Streaming device, you can use the steps below. For support, please call (816) 272-8106, or visit https://support.roku.com

  1. Go to your home screen
  2. Choose the CBS channel and press the “*” button on the Roku remote. 
  3. Select Manage Subscription.
  4. Choose Cancel Subscription. 


Smart TVs, gaming consoles, Portal TV or Xfinity Flex
If you signed up for CBS All Access on your smart TV (LG TV, Samsung TV, and Vizio TV), gaming console (Xbox, Playstation 4), Portal TV or please use the cancellation instructions below:

  1. Visit cbs.com and click on user initials in the upper righthand corner. 
  2. Click “Account.”
  3. Scroll down and click “Cancel subscription.”
