CBS All Access is a recurring subscription, and you'll be billed every month (or year, if you selected an annual plan). For instructions on how to find your billing date, choose your device from the list below. Please note that if you subscribed via a third party (i.e. Amazon, iTunes, Google Play, or Roku), these instructions will help you find your billing date, but for specific billing questions you must contact that third party.
 

 

Computer or mobile web
If you signed up for CBS All Access on your desktop or mobile web browser:

  1. Visit CBS.com and click on your user initials in the upper righthand corner. 
  2. Click “Account.” On the Account page, scroll down
  3. Under the Subscription & Billing section, you’ll see your billing date next to “Next Billing Date.”


iPhone, iPad or Apple TV
If you subscribed on your iPhone, iPad or Apple TV:

  1. Tap Settings on the home screen 
  2. Tap iTunes & App Stores.
  3. Tap your Apple ID, then tap View Apple ID. You might need to sign in.
  4. Tap Subscriptions, and choose CBS All Access. You’ll see your billing date displayed. 
 

Android phone, tablet or TV
If you subscribed on your Android phone, tablet or TV:

  1. Open the Google Play Store app 
  2. If asked, sign in to pay.google.com
  3. Tap Menu > Subscriptions
  4. Select CBS All Access. You’ll see your billing date displayed.

 

Amazon Fire TV or Kindle 
If you subscribed on your Amazon device:

  1. Go to Your Account.
  2. Select “Your Apps” under “Digital content and devices.”
  3. Select “Your Subscriptions” under “Manage,” then choose “CBS All Access.” You’ll see your billing date displayed. 

 

Roku 
If you signed up on your Roku:

  1. Log in to your Roku account at my.roku.com. If prompted, sign in to your Roku account.
  2. Click “Update” under the “Payment Method” section.
  3. Under the “Manage account” section, tap “Manage your subscriptions.”
  4. On the My subscription page, locate your CBS All Access subscription. You’ll see your billing date displayed.


Smart TVs, gaming consoles, Portal TV and Xfinity Flex
If you signed up for CBS All Access on your smart TV (LG, Samsung, Vizio), gaming console (Xbox, PlayStation 4), Portal TV or Xfinity Flex, use these steps to check your billing date.

  1. Visit CBS.com and click on your user initials in the upper righthand corner. 
  2. Click “Account” to be taken to this page.
  3. You’ll see your billing date information under the Subscription & Billing section, next to “Next Billing Date.”
