Having trouble registering for Tech Pro Research?

Please make sure you are using a valid email address. If you have already registered for a free site membership within the ZDNet Network of sites (TechRepublic.com, ZDNet.com), please use the same email address and password, as this serves as your primary login for registering for a Tech Pro Research subscription.

Please delete all cookies and cache within your browser. If you continue to experience problems completing your registration, resulting in failed transactions, please note that it is possible your credit card has been successfully authorized by your bank, but is failing for address verification or card verification rules set on our end. Please be aware that multiple failed transactions could result in multiple authorizations on your credit card account. We recommend you contact your credit card company or Customer Support after the first failed transaction, unless you know what you entered incorrectly the first time, to avoid this from happening. TechRepublic CANNOT cancel authorizations on your credit card account. You will be required to wait until they drop off of your account, based upon your credit card company's authorization period policies, which are generally between 3-8 business days.

If you continue to experience problems completing your purchase on-line, you may contact customer support by clicking on the 'Submit a Question' link above, and providing your email address and any error message details you received, and any issues you have experienced.

You may also email our customer service department at membership@techproresearch.com, or by calling toll-free at (800) 217-4339 or direct at (954) 642-3234. We are available 5 days a week, from Monday - Wednesday (8:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. ET), and from Friday - Saturday (8:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. ET), excluding major U.S. holidays.
