In order to use the Eye-lert services, you must use your own wireless device that is capable of two-way messaging and be a wireless subscriber with text messaging services from a participating mobile carrier. The following carriers are participating in the Eye-lert program: Alltel, Appalachian Wireless, AT&T, Bluegrass Cellular, Boost, Cellcom, Cellular One, Cellular One of East Central Illinois, Cellular South, Centennial Wireless, Cincinnati Bell, Immix Wireless, Revol Wireless, Sprint, Unicel, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, Verizon Wireless, Virgin Mobile, and West Central Wireless. You are responsible for all message and data rates that may apply to your use of the Eye-lert service. Your mobile carrier may put these charges on your mobile bill or may deduct them from your prepaid account. CBS Interactive offers the Eye-lert service on an “as is” basis. You may not be able to access the Eye-lert service in all locations, and the Eye-lert service may be affected by changes made by your wireless carrier. We are not responsible for any damages from your use of the Eye-lert service and may change or discontinue the service at any time. CBS Interactive and its vendors are not responsible for any technical problems, including without limitation: lost, incomplete, late, damaged, or misdirected text messages; failures of phones, wireless networks, servers, or other electronic devices; errors, interruptions, or delays in transmission; traffic congestion; or for any other technical problem. |
