I deleted the CBS All Access app, why am I still being charged?
Deleting the app will not cancel your CBS All Access subscription. You still need to cancel your subscription via the link at the bottom of your CBS All Access account page. You can also call Customer Service at (888) 274-5343, 7 days a week, from 8 a.m. to 2 a.m. ET, or click the "Submit a Question" tab at the top of this page to contact support.
