Why am I taken directly to the CBS app when I click on the password reset link on my Android device?

If you're trying to reset your password, and you're routed to the app instead of the password reset page on your mobile browser, you likely have your app set to "always open in app". You can easily adjust this by going to Settings > Apps > CBS > Open by Default. Make sure the default setting is web browser.

You should now route to the password reset page in your mobile browser when you click the password reset link.
