I'm seeing an error message when I try to sign in to cbs.com with my Amazon Prime credentials. What's wrong? I already have a CBS account.
If you signed up for CBS All Access through Amazon Prime and have already verified your subscription on cbs.com:
- Please sign in to your CBS All Access account with the CBS username and password (NOT your Amazon username and password) you created upon activation. If you have not yet verified your subscription on cbs.com:
- Please go HERE (www.cbs.com/amazon) and follow the instructions. You will be prompted to create a cbs.com username and password, and you will use those credentials to sign in to CBS All Access on cbs.com.
