How can I change my billing/payment information via mobile browser?
Just follow the instructions below. The red pointer
will tell you where to click.
Please note! These instructions are for use with
your mobile browser, not the CBS mobile app.
For help with the CBS app and/or a different device,
please click here.
First, locate your web browser on your mobile device’s
home screen. Tap the browser icon to open.
Note: throughout this tutorial, we’ll be using screenshots
from an iPhone 8. Your screen’s appearance may differ
slightly, but the instructions we are providing you will be
the same no matter what your device.
Once you’ve opened your browser, type “cbs.com” into
the address bar.
You’ll be taken to cbs.com. If you’re not signed in, please do
the following: Tap the Menu icon in the upper left corner of the screen.
Tap Sign In.
Enter your email address and password, and tap Sign In.
Tap the Menu icon in the upper left corner of the screen.
You’ll be taken to your account screen. From here, tap Edit Payment.
For security purposes, re-enter your password, and tap Sign In.
Next, enter your new payment information (you can switch to/from
PayPal, or update your credit card number or billing address). Tap Submit.
You’ll see a confirmation that your payment information
has been updated.
