How can I change payment information on my mobile device?

If you signed up for CBS All Access on, just go to on your mobile web browser and follow these steps:

  1. Tap the menu icon on the upper left corner.
  2.  Select your name, then "Account".
  3. Scroll down the screen and tap "Edit Payment".
  4. Update your payment information, and select "Save".
